Frank Frauenhoffer is Managing Director of Amorph Systems and responsible for overall Development & Operations. Coming originally from the research institute Fraunhofer IPA in Stuttgart, he worked for over 20 years as IT Architect for many manufacturing and logistics companies. Frank held various positions as consultant, department manager and managing director before he founded Amorph Systems.

Laurentiu Maniu
Managing Partner
Laurentiu Maniu’s main focus is on creating innovative airport and manufacturing management systems as well as scheduling and simulation systems for industrial applications. Laurentiu is co-founder of Amorph Systems and now responsible for the overall Product Management of AMORPH’s IT Solutions.

Dr. Artur Kuczapski
Solution Architect
Artur Kuczapski’s passion is the design and development of complex logistic IT systems, advanced computing algorithms as well as optimization algorithms for forecasting systems. He is responsible for the core functionalities for AMORPH’s solutions. Artur is co-founder of Amorph Systems and holds the position of a Principal Solutions Architect.

Vlad Valea
Solutions Manager
Vlad Valea is responsible for the design, the planning and the overall control of large projects within Amorph Systems. He holds a PMP certificate for international project management. Vlad is also co-founder of Amorph Systems and now Solutions Manager of AMORPH’s IT Solutions.

As former operator of Frankfurt Airport in the department of Flight and Terminal Operations, Andreas Hofmann knows exactly the needs of airport clients. Within Amorph Systems Andreas was appointed as Director Business Development AERO Solutions.

Director Industrial Business Unit
Hagen Lehmann has over two decades of experience in the manufacturing, semiconductor, and automotive industries, particularly in the areas of business and management consulting, strategic IT project management, and business development, sales & marketing. At Amorph Systems, Hagen is responsible for the business development of the industrial business unit and the strategic development of its products and services.

Silke Frauenhoffer is the financial expert of the company with a Master’s degree of Business Administration and large experience from her former employments e.g. within bank institutes, venture capital corporations and as financial administrator of IT companies.

Cristina Maniu is the Organization Administrator of Amorph System SRL. She has received a Master’s degree in Computer Science and many years of management experience in IT companies.

Alan Burgess is Regional Director for the Americas. He is based in Atlanta/USA, where he was previously a senior product manager for business intelligence products for a global IT supplier. Alan has many years of experience providing solutions to the airport and other industries, working directly with airports and industrial partners. In his current role, he is responsible for the business development and sales of Amorph’s solutions in North, South, and Central America.

After 20 years of business experience in business development in various fields at Mitsubishi Corporation, Takashi Yanagihara has been engaged in incubation services for start-ups or early-stage IT companies coming into Japanese market. He has been CEO of a consulting company for IT business development and Global Alliance for several years. At Amorph Systems he is now responsible for business development in Japan & APAC.
